We had a great experience working with Proctor Building Solutions (Ken, Daniel, Deb and their team) building our dream home. Throughout the build they consistently communicated what was happening and the progress being made. They worked tirelessly. The build was a professional partnership between us and them and the end result is a quality home that has exceeded our expectations.

Proctor Building Solutions undertook the renovation of our nearly 50-year-old home in 2023. Their advice and suggestions were spot on, their workmanship was first class...an excellent result all round. We decided on doing things a little differently - for eg we have splash back glass around our shower instead of tiles and matched it with a glass hand basin. The finished product not only looks classy, but it is also very easy to maintain. The exterior of the front of the house was extended and the new and existing brickwork was rendered. A new driveway and paths were put in place. Nothing was a problem to them! Daniel and Ken took all the stress out of the project. With their friendly "we can do it " approach they achieved a very professional outcome for us. They deserve the 5 stars I gave them!!! We can thoroughly recommend Proctor Building Solutions.

This project was not for the faint hearted. it was a 100 year old house which I planned to bring back to life. Unlike some other contractors that came through at quoting stage, Ken and Dan were positive, optimistic and confident to assist with carrying out these works. As I was based in Sydney during the week, I had complete trust in Ken and my mind was at ease with him on the project. From day one, they were professional, turned up on time and carried out the work to the best of their ability. The quality of work is second to none and all the team take pride in what they do. I actually handed the boys a plan I had drawn up and said this is what I want and they executed the plan perfectly. All their invoices were extremely clear and no hidden costs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Proctor building solutions for any building works and look forward to working with them again on my next project. PBS were recommended by a known building specialist to repair a complex flooring both weather damaged (insurance) and white ant damage. Other works undertake were a new extensive deck and re hanging of a number o0f large louvre doors They preformed in the most professional manner and the extensive works undertaken were completed to the highest standard. Communication throughout the build period was first class, an especially important issue as mostly absentee owners. I would highly recommend PBS

Our experience was wonderful. Each and every person that worked on sight were very lovely and nothing was a drama. The professionalism, quality, experience and assistance this company provides is second to none. I would highly recommend this company. They carried out a small urgent project for us and because of its urgency it was carried out within days. Their tradesman were very obliging in every way and they all had a total understanding of what we were trying to achieve and were very knowledgeable and experienced. We have used Proctor Building Solutions several times over the last 5 years, both on our residential home and investment properties. I have used Proctor Builders twice in the last 2 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. My first project was an extensive home renovation and I chose Proctors because they were a local well-known family business with a great reputation. I wasn't sure what I wanted, had no practical experience, in other words, I was clueless. Ken and Dan guided me through the whole process, explained things in simple terms and were always available if I had questions. Building projects can be very stressful but I was able to walk out the door in the morning and leave them to it without any hesitation. Their team of builders were always friendly and respectful and always kept the site safe for my small kids and pets. At the end of every day the site was cleaned so well it was often cleaner than when I left in the morning! I was so impressed with the Proctor team I contracted them straight after that to do a major renovation and fit out of my business- New Look Eyewear Optometry practice in Maitland. This project had to be done in a dodgy old building, to a high standard in a very short amount of time. They didn't let me down again. The team went beyond the call to have it ready for opening day and my customers were very impressed with the results. Once again, I highly recommend Proctor buildings for any project, big or small. I am currently using them again for a small home project and will continue to use them in the future.

When my partner and i decided to renovate our new home Proctor Building were recommended to us by close friend who had engaged them 6 month earlier. We could not be happier with the result.
