Glad to be of help. I think it is fine in separate rooms, except where you have an opening and no door (ie lounge room to dining), but your situation sounds ok. Natural white is a good choice for those rooms. I would avoid cool white in any residential room. Will you use LED lighting? - great for low energy use and reduces running costs.

The surge of research around the extending of the ‘day’ with artificial light is interesting. It seems that it does have an impact on our bodies and sleep. So definitely out with the big overhead lights at night. Soft uplighting, lamps and lower ‘wattage’ are so ambient and gentle on the eyes and body and suit the evening vibe so well.
