I really like the idea of ZG Renderings. I did not know about them when I had this home designed and built -- it doesn't look like what I thought it would from the drawings. It's beautiful, but just not quite what I expected.

Make sure whoever you hire has actually got an active license without many issues (someone who is in business for a long time might have had complaints, but were they resolved promptly and satisfactorily and were they legitimate complaints in the first place). Check you State Contractors Board -- don't just take the Contractor's word for it.
