One of the unique challenge posed by the penthouse was matching the original hardwood flooring. Sections of the flooring had once been removed from under the carpet. The kitchen flooring sat at a different height than the rest of the apartment. A smooth transition was created in both areas to provide a consistent look and flow in the home.
