We painted the existing wood cabinets, added glass to the upper, upper cabinets, removed the dated wood valances, closed in a window looking into the garage and added open shelving. We also added over and under cabinet lighting, recessed lights, new countertops, new appliances and a beautiful slate mosaic backsplash.
