Both Adam and Alicia Coffey had conveyed to the design team that they enjoyed East Coast flair with modern touches. Before renovations began they were still uncertain about how the designers at One Week Bath would manage to execute a redesign that reflected their individual tastes, but that still conveyed the luxurious and intimate appeal that so many homeowners strive for when remodeling their home. Much to their delight, One Week Bath exceeded their expectations.

With hints of blacks, blues, and golds, this bathroom renovation was a perfect mix to bring this space to life again. Double bowl navy vanity with Carrara stone and an accent of white shiplap to tie in a little texture for a clean, refreshing, and simple feel. Simple subway tile with dark grout and black fixtures to note a contemporary aesthetic.

This beautifully crafted master bathroom plays off the contrast of the blacks and white while highlighting an off yellow accent. The layout and use of space allows for the perfect retreat at the end of the day.

This Grant Park house was built in 1999. With that said, this bathroom was dated, builder grade with a tiny shower (3 ft x 3 ft) and a large jacuzzi-style 90s tub. The client was interested in a much larger shower, and he really wanted a sauna if squeeze it in there. Because this bathroom was tight, I decided we could potentially go into the large walk-in closet and expand to include a sauna. The client was looking for a refreshing coastal theme, a feel good space that was completely different than what existed. Rectangular Shaker style bathroom with a slight arch at the front featuring a Toto Neorest “magic toilet”. It’s a mother’s dream. When you approach it, the seat goes up. Once your business is finished, on a comfortably heated seat I might add, it flushes automatically and the seats close. There is also a built-in heated bidet - a Covid-19 "who cares if you run out of toilet paper because now, we hardly use any” - epic coup!. Also featuring Brizo brushed gold faucetry, a bubble massage soaking tub, porcelain subway tile in the tub/shower area only; the other walls have nickel shiplap wall treatment, The floor features mixed porcelain tiles in an octagon pattern. Lighted mirrors have adjusting light sensors.
