The space under the stairs is precious real estate! The original floor plan had it walled off and the toilet squeezed between the vanity and shower. By opening up the space under the stairs and tucking the toilet in there, we were able to expand the width of the shower and vanity. This simple change - using space that already existed - created a HUGE impact on the final result.
