This 1960’s ranch in Blaine was ready for kitchen updates that both met the homeowners’ aesthetics and daily needs. Updates included re-facing cabinets, painting the peninsula a cool gray, new tile back splash, new sink and industrial faucet, and new quartz countertops. The overall look is a well-balanced combination of contemporary and traditional design. Finally the fireplace in the living room received an entire makeover with a new textured tile surround – creating a drastic focal point to be enjoyed by all. Photographer: Hannah Lloyd
