This contemporary townhome received a complete face lift including a new kitchen, two new full bathrooms, and a fireplace, as well as new flooring & baseboards throughout. Our millwork team created gorgeous book matched walnut cabinetry with plywood boxes for the kitchen, guest bath and master ensuite. All bathrooms and kitchen also feature the beautiful and durable Caesarstone countertop in the Quartz Reflections colourway, highlighting the Pearl Sinks and Stella faucets in the kitchen and Kasu-SC and American Standard in the bathrooms. Along with the walnut millwork, our team built and installed white painted upper cabinets with plywood boxes for the kitchen. The backsplash features glass mini strips, complementing the porcelain tiles in the kitchen and both baths. Troico added a touch of luxury with heated floors in both the kitchen and ensuite bathroom, custom shower doors in both bathrooms, and a custom glass and marble accent with ceramic tile around the tub in the guest bath. Finally, our team refaced the living room fireplace and hearth with stunning 12x12 marble tiles.
