Our clients wanted to make use of the large loft in their semi-detached home. After careful thought, planning and clients input, we utilised part of one of the bedrooms to allow for the new staircase, which maximised the overall floor space in the loft and created a large bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Whilst other companies had informed them that the loft could not be converted due to insufficient head height, we managed to achieve a finished head height of 2100mm without lowering the existing ceilings or raising the ridge.
