Conservation refurbishment

Full refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, which was in a severe state of dereliction. Close collaborative partnerships with the Local Building Control, as part of the LABC partnering scheme, ensured that potentially challenging hurdles were overcome and outstanding accommodation was delivered for the client.
