Outdoor firepit area designed for a harsh Australian Bush climate. Using local sandstone as seating Clint Kenny has designed and built a fun and interactive area where the client can encourage their visiting grandchildren to put down their mobile phones and come outside and talk! The patterns on the ground are symbolic of the varied terrain in the Australian outback and the products used to create the varied surfaces are all locally sourced. This environmentally friendly approach continues into the planting scheme with Australian native grasses used in mass plantings throughout the space.
