Балкон: Изначально, балкон был не застекленным, холодным. Поэтому сначала мы утеплили пол, стены и потолок, застеклили все, смонтировали подогрев пола и только потом произвели чистовую отделку. Здесь нет верхнего освещения, но есть аккуратный бра, на круглой основе из черного мдф, по принципу телевизора в спальне. Также мы установили столик, ножка которого выходит из стены. Столешница из натурального дерева, покрытая лаком в тон пола. А для того чтобы можно было расслабиться, здесь размещен мягкий пуф.

This is an example of a small contemporary balcony in Los Angeles with a container garden, a pergola and wood railing.

We furnished the small balcony to complement what was happening inside. It is an extension of the indoor space with its sofa and ottoman that can double as a chaise for the lounge. The occasional chair creates a conversation nook and a small dining table for the family is great for those warm summer nights. A green wall was desired to heighten the mood of paramount luxury. The owners explored various options to incorporate greenery into the space and found Vistafolia to be the perfect, ‘obvious’ solution. The owners found Vistafolia's UV-stable panels to be just the right cladding product for the concrete wall, which is exposed to direct sunlight from 11 am onwards. Temperatures can also soar to above 100 degree Fahrenheit in the summer months, making the rooftop environment inhospitable for real plants. With our maintenance-free and weather-resistant signature panels, they need not worry about plant survival and watering, especially during the peak summer season. The UV-protected panels deliver vibrant green year-round, creating an uplifting atmosphere for guests enjoying the spectacular rooftop views.

We are often asked whether there are any limits to the Vistafolia system, and the answer is simple: the functions of our green walls are limited only by your imagination. Whether indoor or outdoor, residential or commercial, large or small, every space can benefit from our products. In some cases, we get the opportunity to combine large and small spaces on the same project. This is a great example of such a project, with them wanting to beautify a section of bland walling that was a little ugly to the eye, while requiring a practical solution that would deter any would-be trespassers. For the large wall, we adorned it with our luxurious green panels, customized with exciting bursts of lavender. In no time at all, the client went from having unsightly brickwork, to a maintenance free, lush green ribbon of planting befitting of any environment.
