Cornerstone Living apartments Cornerstone Living is a $600 million, 10-hectare residential community that will create in excess of 1200 new homes over a 10-year period. As a series of infill developments, the projects are designed to provide good neighboring outcomes to the existing community residents, as well as introducing a vibrant mix of new and well-designed housing solutions. Consisting of forty x 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, Stage F is located in the western end of the precinct and is zoned for medium density with a permissible height of 5 stories. Unit planning is efficiently compact, yet floor plates are designed to maximize cross ventilation and available views for all units. An important aspect of this project is that all units incorporate the principles of Universal Design, and integrate Affordable by Design housing principles to ensure all units are both accessible and affordable. The affordable by Design component was achieved through a combination of efficient building design and cost effective construction and materials.
