Both the swimming pool and hot tub have automatic pool safety covers with custom stone lid systems. The coping on the pool and hot tub is Indiana Limestone, and the pool decking is Bluestone. The courtyard swimming pool is wrapped on all sides by the home with large window walls providing views at every angle. Succulents provide accent against the pavement and boundary walls.

Sulle colline del Casentino, in una posizione panoramica privilegiata, sorge una delle ultime realizzazioni di Rubner Haus, una residenza privata che si avvale della tecnologia Vimar per consentire ai padroni di casa di vivere gli spazi interni nel migliore dei modi. Come sottolineato dall’architetto Fortunato Fognani, autore del progetto, il concept che sta alla base di questa residenza va incontro ai principi della bio-architettura, grazie all’importante contributo di materiali ecologici ed energie rinnovabili. Tecniche costruttive all’avanguardia sono infatti state utilizzate con l’obiettivo di raggiungere il massimo risparmio energetico possibile sfruttando, tra gli altri, la geotermia e il fotovoltaico. Anche la scelta della serie civile è quindi stata fatta in linea con i principi di ecocompatibilità alla base del progetto. La logica conseguenza è stata quella di installare la serie Arké, frutto di processi di lavorazione delle placche altamente innovativi e rispettosi dell’ambiente. Ne è un esempio il suo processo di colorazione, che avviene con tecnologia di reticolazione a raggi UV, che si caratterizza per un utilizzo considerevolmente minore di solventi e da vita a placche con una grande tenuta all’usura.

Homeowners in Bonita Bay (upscale community in Bonita Springs, FL) wanted new travertine tile for pool decking, removal of rock structure next to spa, removal of ladder, and new shape to pool.

Welcome to Parker county. This arched custom cedar door provides entrance & exit from the garden to the driveway. This helps screen the view of the cars from the adjacent pool area. This Parker county beauty has shade on both sides of the pool thanks to the 2 arbors. There is a flagstone beach entry, built in table, multiple waterfalls to give views from all areas of the yard. The raised spa has a natural looking stream going into the pool. The spa also has top step surrounding the seating well to give larger visual look without larger gallons & heating time. This addition replaced a 2-car garage and pool house with a lavish spa, guest house and 4-car garage, accompanied by a new landscaped terrace with pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area. A covered walk-way was replaced with a fully enclosed glass link that provides year-round access between the addition and main house, and provides a secondary entrance to the home. The ground floor of the addition has the feel of a Scandinavian spa, featuring fitness equipment, massage room, steam room and a versatile gathering room with amenities for food preparation and indoor lounging. With the patio doors open, the west facing rooms each expand onto the pool terrace.
