Shaun is always one to be honest about his passion for Craftsman style homes. This residence, set high on a hill is a spitting image of O'Shea Construction's mission and purpose in this business. Hardie board siding and new stucco line the exterior walls of the property while inside the bathrooms were re-tiled and refinished. The deck was rebuilt with Ipe decking and copper handrails. We also put in bay windows with copper roofs and painted inside and out. Lastly, a brick paver patio was laid as well as a colored stamped concrete patio. And we finished the landscape with a river rock column complete with an outdoor light and matching copper cap.
