A dream kitchen close to 500 sf. in total. Major renovation in a 1920's home with all new electrical, gas and water lines to accommodate three new ovens, a gas range, two dishwashers and two sinks, as well as heated floors and new AC. New floor to ceiling cabinets with detailed crown molding and chair rails spray painted in oil-base lacquer for a seamless finish. The subway tile was hand-cut for a custom backsplash. High-tech LED cans were installed, in addition to three contemporary chandeliers. The kitchen was wired for interior and exterior speakers, Cat5 cables and HDMI lines. In addition to renovating the kitchen, all adjoining rooms were also updated.
