this room had just been a storage room - something you'd only visit a couple of times a year. We added ikea cabinets on the far wall to show the perfect place for a wet bar (sellers had already had the lines plumbed), hung a TV for show (not use), created 3 separate but cohesive areas so buyers could imagine functionality.
