The glass in these bifolding doors has been sandblasted with a bespoke design depicting Solanum Jasminoides. This was created specifically for the clients who requested a deliacte subject that would remain as clear glass against an opaque background. They sent me photos of the Solanum vine growing in their garden, so the doors bare a relationship to their outside space. The design allows for diffused light to pass into the room as well as creating partial privacy from the room beyond the doors. Each pane measures approx 19cm wide by 160 cm high
