This project in one of Los Angeles oldest areas, Silver Lake, needed a brand new kitchen and master bath, the house from the 1920's was a charmer, but a very complicated floor plan prevented the kitchen from being connected to expansive backyard, the brand new kitchen is the result of re arranging the former study and kitchen areas combine them together to have the kitchen open to the backyard with french doors onto a patio with pergola.
