This project consisted of a full ground floor renovation which included a knock through of an internal wall partition between the living and kitchen area to provide an open living space which will be used as the family hub. The client also requested to have a closer integration between the living and outdoor space so a new patio area was built with the inclusion of a sliding door at the rear of the property. The project also completed a full kitchen renovation and the inclusion of a ground floor utility room, as you can tell from the pictures the team and more importantly the customer was pleased with the finishing.
