By building a platform for the bed, all the awkward walls and niches in the space lose prominence. During the day, the bed area becomes a lounging area to enjoy a quiet read or to watch TV, converting into a sleeping area during the night. The drawers under the bed hide away all the bedding and more!

A mini garden makeover to this new home in Bloxham, Oxfordshire. New paved patio using Indian sandstone. A sleeper steps up to the new lawn. A feature raised bed ready for the homeowner to plant with low maintenance planting and companion planting eg salads and flowers. The new garden also features a sandpit with lid for the little one to play safely. We have added a Star jasmine to be trained on the wall to provide fragrance and an Amelanchier tree for spring blossom and great autumn color to give the garden height

Anna Stathaki This cosy mezzanine level is an extremely versatile space, with the ability to be used as a snug for listen to records, cinema space and as an extra bedroom for guests to stay.

Belinda Neasham This area had originally been a landing leading to airing cupboard, bathroom and separate toilet, but was knocked together to form a small double bedroom. Picture rails were re installed. A warm Setting Plaster paint by Farrow and Ball gives this north facing room a warm glow. Original Victorian bedstead and Lloyd Loom chair add to style.
