Homeowner was originally hesitant to use a darker color in her guestroom. However, the walls needed depth to help contrast from the floors and trim color. As you can see in the pictures, this basement guest room has tons of natural light. The chocolate-brown paint lets the other colors sing, and sets a beautiful background for the earthy accent colors.
