Martin Ralph were asked to design a modern chalet unit on a tight plot in Waterlooville, Hampshire The scheme is unique since the bedrooms are on the ground floor and so is the kitchen / dining, but the whole of the upper floor is a flexible living space, making most of the tall vaulted roof.
