Working collaboratively with owner-developers Onion Flats and steel gurus COVER LLC, MINUS Studios PHL (John Gwin and Jeremy Avellino) co-designed and constructed two sustainable townhomes as part of the 11-unit, urban infill, Rag Flats development in Fishtown, Philadelphia.
