Renovated Entryway and Living Area

Midcentury Entry, Phoenix

This area is part of the existing house but was renovated to match the new addition of this mid-century modern home. The remodel updated electrical wiring from two prong outlets, add LED lighting and include new finishes. Our client’s front room felt small and boxed in without much light, removing the wall that separated it from the kitchen, and opened the space so that now there is a clear line of sight from the front to the back of the house. We created additional light by replacing the front door, adding LED can lights, and an LED ceiling light fixture. Stained concrete floors would be covered with glued-down engineered wood flooring.
