Nestled on the rural coastline in Shoreham lays a large 80 square, 6 bedroom and 5 bathroom home. Originally constructed in the 90s where it was featured in Vogue, Williams Group were tasked with renovating this classic, unique home. The team at Williams Group were required to carefully dig under the original house in order to construct a new hallway through to the secluded zone. This meant meticulously removing all existing joinery in order to make the updates. A major feature of this home is its 20 plus levels, tasking Williams Group to ensure that the renovations suited the homes distinct style. Bluestone cladding and cedar lining boards were the materials of choice, marrying up nicely to take the 90s home into the 21st century in style.
