In the kitchen, we wanted the kitchen to have a more transitional farm house feel, so we installed a pair of linen chandelier shades over the island and a triple version of this over the dining area which is open to the great room. Beyond you can see the fireplace in the great room. For the barstools, we selected custom painted french barstools in red, with a gold and red plaid fabric. this fabric was also used on the back of the kitchen chairs with a contrasting fabric on the interior side.
