The clients desired to better utilize space inside and outside of their home. The homeowner’s original view faced away from the large yard and adjacent park toward a neighbor’s large play set limiting privacy. The scope of the homeowners’ project included reorienting the interior of the home in its existing footprint for efficiency resulting in a better view, and a seamless continuation of the living space from the interior to the exterior of the home.
