Wish I could give less than 1 star. I was Charged but never received the order. I had to file a claim through PayPal.

They should omit the Fast in their title. Called to make sure lead time was acceptable, they confirmed it would be shipped out within a week. 2 delivery dates pushed back and 6 weeks later, the item is still delayed and I have to call each time to get an update. No proactive steps on their part. Turns out it'll be another 4 week delay. Not even certain the product will come then either. Cancelled my order and they don't have a way to confirm cancellation other than a written email from their admin. I would never go with this company ever again! A little sketchy.

I purchased tiles from American Fast Floors in May. I was told they would ship in two weeks. After calling, they said it would be delayed until July. I canceled my order on June 26th and waiting 15 business days for my refund. Nothing. I called over and over again to ask about the refund and got nothing. They even disconnected the phone line... Had to go through my CC to get my money back. Do not use.

Super long wait time to delivery. Ordered our floors in may and still haven't received delivery. No one even called to tell us the product was on back order. Even after calling and being told I would receive a return call, no one ever called. We had ordered from them before and were simply trying to order additional materials because we didn't have enough. After a few months of having the previous floors installed, I'm not very impressed with the quality of the wood. They are pretty but the wood is soft and scratches very easily. I wouldn't recommend this product and have since cancelled my order for additional materials.

Worst customer service and communication. I placed an order over a week ago and no one ever got back to me. I wrote them three times using FB communicator as THEY requested, no reply. I finally called and they are saying now that I would be charged shipping!! What?! However,ñ they cant tell me how much, or when, they say they would call me back!! Asked for a supervisor, the lady said she would have him call me back, I said no, I need a number or be transfer, she hanged up on me. Avoid the headache and go some place else.

I wanted to redo the flooring in my house and couldn’t find an affordable option at local stores. I called American Fast Floors and got the best service! They spent so much time helping me select the right the right flooring for my needs. Thanks again American Fast Floors. You and your team are AMAZING.

Great customer service! Fast shipping and quality product! We are renovating a home we just purchased and they had the tile we needed at the best price and were very helpful with install questions.

Ordered time that my local store couldn't get supposedly. Called American Fast Floors and in 4 days my installer received the tile. Kudos American Fast Floors

"Worst Customer Service ever. I initially called to ask about the product on Friday, 4/17/15, and spoke with Bryan. I explained to Bryan I needed the product ASAP. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the product and seemed to be of great service. He said he would email me links and pricing that afternoon. He assured me that if I ordered by Sunday that I would have the product by Thursday, 4/23/15. Friday evening came and went, Saturday, Sunday - nothing. I called again on Monday, 4/20/15, and spoke with Bryan again. He said, I'll send it right over. Monday evening came and went, Tuesday - nothing. So again, I call on Wednesday, 4/22/15, and spoke with a female. The company seems to only have Bryan, the owner, and one other female (possibly his daughter or ex-wife). Explained to the female that I needed pricing asap and she said Bryan would send that over. Take a guess what happened. Exactly, nothing. I call again on Friday 4/24/15, the day after I should've had the product had Bryan done his job. A male answered and I asked to speak with a manager. He says 'hold on,' puts me on hold and hangs up. I call back to the same voice (Bryan) and ask to speak to a manager, he says "I'm the manager". I tell him I've waited all week for his email. I insist he finally sends the email while I'm on the phone with him. He does. He says if I place my order by Saturday night the shipment would leave their place of business on Monday, 4/27/15, and arrive Thursday, 4/30/15. I do just that. I place my order Friday night. I receive confirmation emails from American Fast Floors within minutes. Come Monday, 4/27/15, I still have not received and tracking number or anything. I wait until Wednesday, 4/29/15, and call to confirm it has been shipped. Bryan assures me that it was sent Monday, 4/27/15. I ask him to send me a tracking number. He says 'ok, I'll send that right over'. Nothing. Thursday, 4/30/15, comes and no shipment has arrived and no email with tracking number either. I call again and now I only get voicemails. I tell him I would a tracking number. I received no call back at all just an email on Friday, 5/1/15 (the day after I supposed to receive the product). After reviewing the tracking info I noticed my order was processed Monday, 4/27/15, but did not get dropped off to UPS until after my call to him on Wednesday, 4/2915, the day before it was supposed to arrive. Maybe he sent it over night, but wait, it is already Friday, so maybe he sent it 2 days. Nope. Ground. ETA? 5/6/15... Next Wednesday. Now mind you I asked for express shipping to make up for the lack of diligence and only then did Bryan admit that he should have originally sent me an email. He said, "I guess in hind-sight, I see that." That was said on 4/24/15. I should've never placed an order. "
