Apt2B

worth ordering a sofa unseen? YES I'm going to sum up my review before getting into the details. It's only been 3 days but it's beautiful! It's cozy yet firm, fabric is amazing, no regrets. Almost a year ago we came across apt2b within that same week they had a 20% off for Martin Luther day. We were surprised by such a great sale but not yet ordering thier free fabric samples we were scared to order. We really liked the Logan sectional but not so much the colors. I sent them a email asking if other colors could be an option. Alex beck got back to me right away and said no worries, they would be happy to use any color we liked from their samples. I think I let him know that we would wait for another sale. He let me know that no other sales like the 20% would be anytime soon. And offered to extend the sale to us!!! I'm sorry but this is beyond great costumer service! And guess what we passed on it because we still didnt have the samples and to tell the truth we were still hoping we could find something at stores in town. We never did and so after deciding on color we waited for another sale. And waited... November... Thanksgiving friday they had 15% and we ordered. To put the sectional together 2-3 weeks. I think we got an email on 29 (?) Maybe it was monday but by December 10 it was ready to be shipped! we figured we would have it by Christmas. .. nope... I was surprised by how long but I guess with thanksgiving, Christmas, and new years I should not have been that surprised. I even emailed them which again they got back to me right away that there wasn't much they could do. To deliver from CA to Wisconsin during the hoildays. .. so we waited. Our schedule day was January 10th, Saturday. We got a call the day before saying they could deliver that friday. January 9th we got our sofa. The delivery guys were great! Quite and fast with set-up. So happy we waited! This doesn't compare to anything we looked at store. We would have paid about the same for S/H even if we had found something near by. Every time I walk in the living room I can't help but smile. It's beautiful! Pictures to come soon

I just received my Logan Sofa with chaise in Woven Gravel and it is amazing! In fact, the whole experience was amazing. I wanted to change the configuration of the chaise so that it was a little bigger than what is shown online (hard to explain). I called the people at Apt2B and explained what I wanted, not only did they completely understand what I was trying to do and help me change the chaise, but they did it for no extra charge! They also sent me about 1000 fabric swatches when I couldn't decide on a color (which got to me the next day). Basically I was being super annoying about the whole thing because it was a big purchase for me and I really wanted it to be perfect. They seemed to understand and sympathize and were kind and patient through the whole process. When the couch arrived (two weeks early!) I was so happy with the way it turned out. My friends and family all love it, one of them even wants to return her brand new couch from another company to order one from Apt2B.

I am so unbelievably thankful that I cam across Apt2B. Not only is their furniture fantastic quality, but after extensive research came to find that it was the best possible price out there. A huge thank you to Mat Herman who assisted me throughout my entire purchase and continued to make this an extremely exciting and rewarding experience. I will absolutely continue to purchase and recommend you to my clients.

I just recently moved to SF and the cost of living here is extremely high...after my move and the cost to get a new apartment I did not have thousands left over to furnish my new pad. I turned to Apt2b to get my large key pieces (Couch, Dining Table/Chairs, Coffee Table, and Floorlamp! I LOVE IT ALL. I smile every time I come home and every person who comes over asks where I got the pieces from. Apt2b is a perfect resource for those who want to live in style but without killing their bank account. So long Ikea!

Finally! A great resource for young professionals who've graduated from Ikea but cannot afford Design Within Reach. Apt2B is the perfect site for quality furniture at fair prices. They've gone out of their way to accomodate requests, source furniture, and provide design ideas for our friends apartments and houses. They've got savvy marketing and a really great attitude towards customer service. Five stars for Apt2B, we've had nothing but great experiences working with their team.

I absolutely love Apt2B, if I could refurnish my entire house with their furniture I would do it in a heartbeat. If you are looking for style and comfort withoutbreaking the budget, then this is the perfect place for you. The best part is that while the furniture is affordable, it looks expensive and all of the pieces I have ordered have been of great quality. Another thing I love about their website is that it will show you which pieces go together and also suggest pieces that would look great with it, and I honestly felt as though I had hired my own person home decorator and when I got everything I could have not been happier with the way everything looked and I have received tons of compliments. I absolutely recommend it and will keep buying from them!

I am so happy that I found Apt2B, I will never go back to Ikea or Crate and Barrel or any other furniture store for that matter. I ordered a desk and a couch from them and I am in love! Seriously it was so easy to shop from home and my pieces looked exactly how it was shown on their website, if not better. I was also very happy with the delivery and assembly, I got my items right on time and the people stayed to make sure I was happy with my purchase, which of course I was. I am moving out of college into my own house and I will not doubt be buying all of furniture from them.

Great job Apt2B!!! I love the concept, the merchandise, and customer service. I don't remember how i found Apt2B but glad that i did. Happy hour fridays are brilliant. the whole website is genius. The customer service is AMAZING!! It is so helpful and we got our stuff within a week. There was a (1) day delay on our chairs and we were emailed personally by Alex! I am going back for sure!!!!!
