Had a very tough time dealing with this company, employees continuously changing and management does not take responsibility of the commitments made by sales agents. Contacts also constantly changing as they always change things to get more money out of you. They do not deliver as promised.

Amazing professionals. On time, respect of deadline and more affordable compared to other quotes I received. I would use A+ Smarthome Design again in a heart beat and most likely will.

The team at A+ are great. We had a curtain emergency in Palm Beach on the day before the hurricane Irma evacuation began. Monica offered to drive up from Miami and hang the curtains on their way north to safety. I am based in New York and my client could not believe that we actually got someone to come to the house under threat of a hurricane. Who does that? A+ Smarthome Design does that because they are the best at what they do. Thankyou, thank you, thank you.

I am not an easy customer to please. I wanted things just so. It took us looking at a number of shade companies to find one that can custom print shades exactly the way I wanted. Monica (my rep) was very patient with my changes, and thorough in documenting everything. Eventually I got everything I wanted @ a reasonable. price. Installation was smooth, and the installers worked well with the other workmen in my home that had to do things like customize the window sill, etc. Very happy with my rep and my results.

We had them come out our business to look at the motor on one of our Executive Conference room shades. They were very honest and saved us a lot of money. It turned out that at some point the motor had been removed and installed again upside down. The Smarthome team simply flipped the motor and basically just charged us labor. The owner even waived the fee for her initial visit to diagnose the problem. Great service and my go to company going forward. I would highly recommend their company.

The team at A+ Smarthome Design were the definition of amazing!!! Patricia, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable of all the different products and options Lutron offers. She truly understood the concept that we wanted for our home and walked us through the process of transforming our home into a smart home. Her team took care of everything, from the a to z. A true turn key process. We are extremely happy with the fabrics we chose for all our window treatments and the experience overall.
