Bellevue Floor Service

I have no idea where some of these reviews come from but i had a terrible experience with Daniel and his crew. I wanted to get our main floor hardwood floors refinished so that they'd match. Unfortunately over the years the previous owners didnt really do a good job at matching the grade of wood "#1 vs #2 vs select", and we had a mix of it. Daniel did not properly clarify our expectations around the work and the end result was flooring that did not match throughout the home which left me in pretty much the same state we were at the beginning - i.e. complete waste of money. Additionally, for the floor that did match, somehow daniel's team manage to make it darker in places, lighter in others and did not properly sand some places - e.g. our pantry. Finally, and before the job was finished when i asked daniel if i were to redo the section of floor that really stood out as different and ugly, if he would be able to just refinish that small section (93sqft) not only did he not just add that to the price at the same amount per sqft as the original quote (mind you this was a 1200+sqft project), he raised the value with the justification that it was a small job at that point for them. I will redo the floor now and hire someone else to refinish it. There was absolutely no interest or pride in doing a good job and leaving the customer with something they could think was worth the investment but rather an attempt at over charging at every possible corner. I would absolutely not hire this company again and it has been one of the worse contractors i've ever hired. Stay away.

Daniel refinished 2 very old floors in my rental in Bellingham. The floors were in bad shape, and he did such an amazing job! I highly recommend Daniel and Bellevue Floor Service - they are so good at what they do! Heather Kenmore, Wa
