We contracted with this installer to install a kitchen, he did not complete the project and walked off the job half way through. Didn't call or respond to texts, just no call no show. Do not trust this company or James.

James Athanasiou of S&W Kitchens made my kitchen vision become reality. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of style. He also know when to just let me talk on and on without interrupting me. He is an excellent listener. I would recommend him highly.

We were initially drawn to James with Alpha Omega Kitchen and Bath based on his creative vision, experience in the industry, great communication and approachable personality. These qualities stayed true throughout our major kitchen, half bath and laundry room remodel. We had some “out of the box” ideas for our kitchen based on the restricted space we had to work with. Other designers we also consulted refused to consider some of these ideas though they were important to us. From the beginning James took our general vision and expanded upon it. James has a knack for respecting your preferences and coupling them with his design knowledge to very patiently guide you to make aesthetically pleasing choices for your remodel. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a major decision. For example, we had to visit multiple granite warehouses to find a slab we really liked and James was very patient and accommodating during this experience. James also exhibited great communication skills. We knew who to expect in our home each day and any concern or question was answered in a timely manner. In addition to James, we were also pleased with the sub-contractors he works with. We felt comfortable with them working in our home and in near proximity to our young family. We happily and confidently recommend James to anyone looking to remodel their home. We plan to use him for future projects.

He worked with us to meet our goals on pricing. He was diligent on staying within the timeline set. He assisted in design decisions ensuring our choices in style/material were incorporated into the update. His professional detail, combined with our amateur vision, worked to enhance our new, open concept kitchen/ living room combo to something we could never have imagined possible; it is BEAUTIFUL. James was very professional and his team did an amazing job transforming my 1984 kitchen into a beautiful modern kitchen. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and kept almost to the exact schedule that was discussed at the beginning of my remodel. They also painted and removed popcorn ceilings throughout. We have recommended James and his team to many and have heard similar compliments based on our recommendations.

James did and exceptional job. He was on time. Work was as promised and cleanup complete. He was able to assist us with any decisions we needed a designer for. We had gotten estimates from other companies and found his to be easy to read --no crazy add-ons and definitely in range with the industry. it was actually a good experience.

James Athanasciou did an exceptional job. He allowed me to complete some of the work that I wanted to participate in myself and discounted the amount. He came up with a great design, subcontracted the necessary people, observed their progression and even made himself very available for "issues" as they arose.

My husband and I hired James for our kitchen renovation. He was always punctual for all the sessions right from consultation to final walk-through. He was attentive to our needs. The design he provided was gorgeous! The results of the kitchen were stunning! We can be very particular about how we want things to look but he always made sure we were happy with the final result every step of the way. From design to cabinets to sink to granite. We did meet with 3 other consultants for this renovation. The only reason we chose James was that we trusted him and were certain that this wouldn't be the kind of renovation contractor nightmare that people have. He was on budget, on schedule & gave great results beyond our expectations. No compromises! I would hire him again in a heartbeat! We've had numerous guests over since the renovation and always received a ton of compliments for the utility of the space and the beautiful kitchen.

We hired James to renovate our ancient kitchen. Before starting, discussed budget, needs, and desires and James was able to accomodate all of them. By carefully selecting the right materials, without compromising quality or asthetics, James transformed our old kitchen into a modern, spacious space that everyone raves about; especially us. He and his contractors were on time, clean, respectful, and diligent. They were able to accomodate unforseen delays (not of their making) and the project came in on time and within budget, which is rare on a project of this scale. We are ecstatic with the work, it surpassed our expectations! We will definetely give Alpha Omega the first shot at our next big project: the Master Bathroom.
