As a Real Estate Agent, I have used Doug Wiand for years as my go to stager always with fantastic results. When I decided to sell my own home in the Hollywood Hills where I had been living for 30+ years I called in Doug for a much needed design/update and staging. I gave Doug free rein to "run with it" on my house and I am so glad that I did. Doug's exquisite design sense on the update and then staging transformed my home from "tired" into a vibrant, Mid Century dream....and all of this done staying within our agreed upon budget. My home sold right away and for full asking pricing!!

Doug's staging was absolutely amazing! And his team was a dream to work with! They went above and beyond to get the staging just right and they nailed it. I had 26 showings in 4 days and produced 8 offers for my sellers and closed escrow at $150,000 above the asking price in 17 days. The sellers were thrilled! Doug Wiand knocked it out of the park. I would recommend him to anyone who is selling their home in LA.

We hired Doug and team to stage our Laurel Canyon home for sale. Our house sold in four days, whereas our neighbors attempting to sell have had their homes listed for 6+ months; i'm certain that the staging played a large role in the success of our listing. They staged the home in a way that still looked like "us", so it wasn't painful or foreign to live in the home while it was listed. Plus, the team was efficient, unobtrusive and the price was fair Highly recommend.

Doug is an amazing talent and resource. We used him for two projects. The first was a full remodel of a small canyon home, followed by staging for sale. Specifically, Doug turned a closet into a charming second bathroom, did a full refresh of our kitchen, and coordinated painting and refinishing our floors. To close, Doug did a complete remodel of our first bathroom, including a reclaimed wood ceiling and a spectacular picture window overlooking our back yard. Doug's choices sold the house within a week and at a price well over ask. The second project was to update, decorate and furnish our new house. We gave him a budget and our trust, and now have a beautiful living room filled with furniture and art that he picked and that we love. Doug also coordinated the interior painting of the house, including re-doing our floors, all within our budget. Finally, Doug is a kind and warm person, and a pleasure to be around. We are excited to keep working with him on additional projects.
