Elevate Design Build

The staff: designers, project managers, and all the hired contractors within Elevate have only been wonderful to work with. They are in HIGH demand- if you want to start a project my recommendation to to contact them ASAP. They hold the highest standards and we are benefiting from it daily! Couldn’t be happier!

One of the greatest success stories coming out of our house remodel was meeting and working with Jeff Barrett of Elevate Design Build! Contemporary, creative, flexible, timely, innovative, great sense of humor, really interesting to talk to, super guy - simply brilliant! We had a general idea of what we wanted to do and Jeff executed flawlessly to meet our core objective. He responded extremely well to input and requests for changes. What made the experience really special was the slew of ideas he proposed to make our new house even more fantastic. His ideas and advice ranged from structural reconfigurations to materials for floors and types of doors. He even took us to a local stone company to show us different tiling options. His architectural drawings were immaculate and so comprehensive that our plans breezed through the HOA review and City Planning - rare I’m told. We were so impressed with his designs and work ethic that we wanted to continue the project with Elevate into the construction phase. Unfortunately we were already contractually committed to another contractor. I would highly recommend Jeff and Elevate to anyone thinking about a remodel - big or small! You will not be disappointed.

Justin and Greg are absolutely fantastic. When we asked them to take a look at our project they were amongst the most eager to work and among the reasonably priced. We had 7-8 general contractors come out to give us their input about remodeling our house inside and out. The house was built in 1980 and needed a considerable amount of work. Greg & Justin met with us the Friday morning before Labor Day weekend and come Monday they had a detailed proposal and bid for us. In addition to including all the items we mentioned, they included a number of thoughtful options and design features. Now we've met with other contractors who didn't listen to what we wanted and simply offered their suggestions instead. What made Greg & Justin great is that they took what we wanted and made it better. As a couple who have never been through a remodel before, that was pretty cool. When we had reviewed their proposal, we had felt comfortable to move forward. We could have sat back and debated the various bids and outlines we received, but something just felt right. Greg & Justin carry themselves in a way that make you feel comfortable around them. We had done a fair amount of research. One of the most important things that kept coming up is the level of comfort you have being around your contractors. If you don't see eye to eye up front, chances are you won't like each other much when questions arise. (Part 1 In short: We felt comfortable with Greg & Justin, not only as people but also with their proposal.) Naturally we were anxious to get started. They had their crews out to start the following week. Everyone that was working at our job was courteous, polite, hardworking and trust worthy. This speaks volumes of Greg & Justin. Overtime, we became friends with many of the crew members. They'd show up early and get the job done right. If there was a question to how we would want something, they'd ask us or have Greg & Justin call us. The quality of their work was seen day in and day out. Along the way, Greg & Justin had a number of professional insights that significantly added to the finished look of our home: a humidistat fan for our closet, taller shower doors to keep more steam in, building a platform for the new furnace in the crawl space (giving us more usable square footage in the house), and aesthetics down to the fit and finish. This was a big project and an entire chapter or book could be written, but really in short: Greg, Justin & their team are awesome people who do great work. They are truly among the best. We're thrilled with the results and would recommend them to anyone who needed work done on their home.
