This vendor is completely fraudulent! Do not purchase from them. They also go by "Online Seating". I ordered two plywood chairs. One came damaged, they replaced it with a different size, then they tried to replace it a third time with a walnut finish. I returned all the wrong products. Finally they gave up, charged my card, and then disputed my credit request from my credit card company saying they fulfilled the order! Do NOT buy from them. You will be scammed. It's now 9 months later and I have no chairs and am down $400. Side note: their products come from China - expect the quality that this implies.

I order two Bertoia diamond chairs. My account was debited. A FedEx label was created but the item never shipped. Every single phone extension, whether it be "customer service", "sales", etc. goes straight to the voicemail of some guy named "Jacob". No communication. No refund. No order. It is now more than six weeks and now my order doesn't even appear on my account when I log in. I have referred the matter to local law enforcement in New York.
