We purchased and had Floors by Design install new flooring in our entire main level. When selecting our flooring, the demo guy for the flooring was in the store showing us how well the flooring stood up to normal household use. Soon after our flooring was installed, we started noticing indents and cracks throughout the house. We have made 6 calls to Floors by Design with zero progress towards them even coming out to look at the flooring! They have used every excuse like, "Warranty guy is harvesting in the field", "We will call you back", "Wait until the pandemic is over" and "I promise I won't forget about you". Not once have we had our calls returned. We spoke to the following people (Rick, Michelle, Darren & Pat) and nobody wants to help. It is at the point where lawyers will need to get involved as this has been going on for 3 years! I would make sure and drive past this business and not stop if you want customer service and backing of the products they sell. It's been a nightmare trying to get someone to talk to.

We had an awesome experience with Floors by Design from them being a great help to us to pick out our new flooring to coming and installing in a very short time. Would highly recommend this place! Installers were very efficient! Harvey & Sharon.

Floors by Design is my go to flooring destination. The owner, Darren Illingworth is a solid trustworthy guy who knows his business and stands behind it. The team at Floors by Design is quick to lend a hand, whether I'm looking for a product alternative, pricing quotes or in showing me the latest product introductions. The team is thorough & knowledgeable about application of the products (this is important because we often use materials in unusual ways and need to be sure that the material will look good & continue to perform). The showroom is up-to-date with the latest flooring samples, spacious and well organized, this makes the process of selecting materials very efficient and fun! Good installation of tile & hardwood (carpet too) requires craftsmanship, the team at Floors by Design makes this look easy. Its not. Hundreds of details can go into the layout of tile floor or backsplash. These details are reviewed, discussed then executed, the finished result is even better than I could have imagined!

Entire staff is very knowledgeable and up to date on products. Very friendly as soon as you walk in the door. They have many samples and if I need something special they are only to glad to find it and inform me.

Floors by Design have always been reliable, amazing to work with, accommodating and offering competitive pricing. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable with regards to several different types of flooring systems which leaves no doubt in my mind who to go to first when needing advice or supplies to complete a job.
