Alfredo DeSantis took our deposit and never delivered our door. We are out thousands of dollars and now have police involved. I just want to warn anyone else out there this contractor is a theft. Do NOT believe anything he says, he will call and call you before taking your deposit and then you will never hear from him again, so sad that dishonest people like this in Bussiness ripping people off !!

We bought several doors from Grandeur. They were late on delivery by almost 12 months on several. We had several panels split on several doors, and most of them were unable to withstand a single winter. Grandeur was uncooperative and evasive. You may notice that they do not have their business address published or listed on their website or anywhere else. I would steer well clear. It was a bad experience.

We are very satisfied with our experience. The door came out amazing. The whole process was great from start to finish. DA
