Spoke with Christy prior to ordering to ensure Geberit Sigma 70 was in stock and inquire about lead times on delivery. Item was in stock and 5-7 days shipping. 3 days upon ordering item showed up at my door in perfect condition. Will be using Home Prefect again...highly recommend!

This was my first time purchasing from Home Perfect and I am so glad I found them! After six attempts to purchase the Toto wall hung toilets from other companies and having my orders canceled every time for the items being “out of stock,” I found Home Perfect. Customer service checked their warehouse stock, told me exactly how many they actually had, and thankfully ordered the two toilets. The Totos arrived very securely packed and in perfect condition. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Home Perfect! I highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again!

Placed my order for a hard to find item, because they showed having one in stock. After it hung fired for several days, called and was informed it was out of stock with the warehouse, but would be moved to one that had it. Too bad this wasn't done without my having to call. The stocking warehouse must have been too busy or the person filling the order having a bad day because the item was placed in a box significantly larger than the item and left to bounce around in there during its travels to my home. The item's, packaging showed signs of its rattling around in the shipping box as well as the item itself. So far it has been working well for several days... hope it continues, being an electronics piece.

We had recently ordered a toilet seat through Homeperfect during the holiday season, which was unfortunately damaged during shipping. To make matter worse, I was late to report this damage within the two days as we were out for few days and noticed the damage only after our return. We reported this incident to Homeperfect, and their representative, Calvin, reported the matter to shipping carrier and opened a claim on our behalf. It took about a month to resolve this issue but Calvin was very helpful and provided us regular updates throughout the process. With online shopping becoming the new norm, customer services are increasingly becoming the deciding factor for buyers. Needless to say, Calvin and Homeperfect have provided a top-notch service to us in this matter.
