January 2019 they came out to price the roofing we needed for our extension. Two weeks later we finally received the estimate. We signed the contract and gave them a deposit. Three weeks after getting our deposit they called us to tell us that they quoted the job wrong and that the price was now 10k more! “OR”… they could give us something “close to what you wanted for the same price but it would not match the rest of the house”. Mind you that we live in Coral Gables in a historic home so even the fact that they suggest that as an option is evidence of their sales person ignorance. Oh and for the last three weeks they have been holding our deposit and while we think that they are getting the permit approvals from Coral Gables and ordering the roofing tiles they are not. Complete waste of time... Ignorance mixed with a bait and switch model is what this outfit has to offer. Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this sleazy company.

Faure is a PRO in the roof world, he understand perfectly clients needs. As general contractors for high end projects we recommend ISTUETA without any doubt. They are a very serious, organize company and deliver the best quality works. We will keep working with them. GOOD JOB!

In 2016, Istueta Roofing concluded a gorgeous Artezanos Italiano Hybrid with traditional stacked "Tegole" perimeters on a new construction residence in Miami Beach, Florida. The very skilled tile crew were attentive to crucial details , open to suggestions and were a pleasure to work with.

We were renting in Miami's Bayside neighborhood and hired this company to replace the roof for our landlady who was living overseas. Manny and his team were very professional and helpful and communicative.

Istueta Roofing, owned and operated by Mr. Frank Istueta, is a 5 star company. He replaced my roof about 33 yrs. ago and it's still holding up.
