Arnold's Appliance became our "go-to" appliance vendor decades ago! Joan and Rick have guided our clients to great choices, delivered on time, and installed the more difficult items when our craftspeople need help in the field. Whenever I have a question about form or function the staff at Arnold's gets me the information I need pronto. Of course we are all concerned about price, and Arnold's is competitive, but the service we need would be worth a premium price.

I have worked with Rick, Joan, Andrew and Jene (and the rest of the team) for years now. Andrew Nystrom is my expert appliance professional who I send all my clients to see. He knows what I like as a designer and knows how to guide my clients to what will fit their needs, work within the budget and respect my design. Even my clients in Seattle will make the drive to Bellevue to see them because they trust my judgement in who I choose to work with as my Timeless Kitchen Design team!
