Let me start off by saying I called a few roofing company's for a quote before making my final decision and now I know I made the right the decision!!! The office staff was so helpful through the entire process. The workers that came to fix the leak in my roof were very kind and got the job done quick and my house was back to being its beautiful not leaking self.

ABC Roofing services are incomplete and unprofessional. They gave me a 5 year warranty on my patio flat roof back in September. They advised that an application of gaco would repair the issue and it came with a 5 year warranty. The roof leaked on the next rain, they came out and applied another coat of gaco. The roof leaked again on the next rain. This happened over and over again, and trying to resolve the issue with Stephanie proved to be very challenging. This company really has no idea of the word empathy, just very rude and condescending words and tones. The wait times between repairs was getting longer, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company to refund payment. They came out immediately and we thought the problem was resolved until the next hard rain. Unfortunately not. Fast forward to November 29th, our roof is still leaking and has gotten worse. The whole ceiling is starting to droop on that side and all the plaster is cracking and falling. We called ABC again and they said they would come out again. (This is their 6th trip back for the same repair since my first complaint.) Over a week went by. No call. No show. I called back and threaten to place another dispute as this seems to get them to pay attention and we were told that we would get an appointment the next day. This whole ordeal has been very time consuming and frustrating. Long Story short - Never do business with ABC Roofing. I swear this one of the worse experiences I have ever had with a well known company. I will update this review once the repair is completed, but I'm not very confident in their abilities at this point.

ABC Roofing is a very good and reliable company. I have been using them for many years and whenever I have an issue, they always have the answer to it. I would definitely recommend ABC Roofing!

We had our roofs replaced in 2006-2007 after the hurricane. We had the misfortune of hiring a company who installed faulty roofs from day one. Unfortunately, this company used the name ABC at the time. Since then they changed names many times. This has created a lot of confusion for the consumers who mistook them for the real ABC owned and operated by John Famularo. It is so unfair that a group of storm chasers have used the name of a reputable and honest company, and caused them so much hardship. Last year after some research and high recommendations, we hired "the real ABC roofing in Coral Springs" to fix all of our ongoing roof leaks. They have done a fantastic job. Everyone in the company is very professional and nice. I love Meghan at the front desk she is amazing and goes out of her way to please all of our residents. John himself came out to our community and helped us resolve issues, and oversaw ongoing repairs. Thank you John and the entire team at ABC roofing for treating us like family. Please use due diligence when hiring a roofing company. See how many years they have been in business and how they treat their customers. And most important how they stand behind their workmanship. Did repairs on my shingle roof. Repair came with a one year warranty, the staff from office to repair guys was a pleasure working with.

I have had ABC Roofing do two roofs for me. One after Hurricane Andrew and one after Hurricane Wilma. I was pleased with dealing with them both times. The owner is extremely pleasant to deal with and was extremely responsive will any of my requests. I got estimates from a few companies, but was pleased from start to finish from the office staff, to the estimator to the foreman and laborers. They made the whole process as enjoyable as getting a new roof can be. I would highly recommend using the services of ABC Roofing!
