The team at Jupiter Kitchens were amazing! Fiona gave great advice to help me understand the best options for my space. I’m so very happy with my new bench top - it’s completely transformed the space, breathing new life into my kitchen. They were responsive to feedback and committed to delivering the best possible result. I would highly recommend.

Jupiter Kitchens installed my new kitchen 12 months ago. It took them 3 months to complete a medium size kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. Once you have paid for the kitchen, there is no service or support whatsoever if you encounter any faults in the cabinetry or electrical appliance. Two months ago the LED strip lights underneath the wall cabinets stopped working. Also the door of the corner wall cabinet does not close properly. Reported the two problems immediately to the manager who said that she will send someone over to have a look at it. Weeks passed and several emails sent, no one came. In the last email, the manager said that they are short staffed. Frustrated I decided to troubleshoot the LED lights myself. I had to remove the stainless steel flue duct above the canopy range hood to access the adaptor driver for the LED lights. Lo and behold the problem was caused by a loose connection. Now for the faulty cabinet door ..... still waiting for Jupiter Kitchens to come and fix it under their 10-year warranty guarantee. Unprofessional and unreliable business.

We found that this firm were both professional and friendly from the very start. Their design skills were of a high standard as was the proficiency of the installers. As this was a renovation and not a completely new build, there were problems that arose that had to be worked around. These were met efficiently and with little fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Jupiter team to build a new or renovate an old kitchen.

From the moment we stepped inside Jupiter Kitchens we felt very comfortable and confident that we were going to be well looked after. Fiona began the process by fitting in our measure and quote to suit our builder’s time frame. Belinda at the front desk worked efficiently and helped keep everyone in the process informed, and on track. Fiona and her team listened to what we wanted in our kitchen and made great suggestions to improve on our concepts. This meant designing a new layout to accommodate our ideas and making the space usable. They were very aware of our budget and understood what we liked, our tastes and style. The team were perfectionists when it came to installing and finishing our custom-made kitchen, making sure everything worked as it was meant to. We particularly love our concealed, pocket pantry doors which slide into a small cavity when they need to be open for a while. This enables the flow of traffic in that area of the kitchen to continue while the cupboard is open. Cabinet colour suggestions match our bench top perfectly, blending beautifully with our herringbone pattern, oak timber floor. We are very pleased we had JK design and install our new kitchen. From the start Fiona and her team were helpful and professional. In the design process they came up with good suggestions and were patient with our "change of minds". As the renovation process went on they proved to be flexible and every member of the team was polite and thorough. We are very happy with the final product.
