Lacuna Pool Covers

We wanted a solid pool cover for our in ground pool did a bunch of research and figured this company would be the best option. We paid the required deposit. A few weeks later a crew came over to measure the pool. About 2 weeks later the pool cover arrived with the crew in tow. The application of the pool cover was relatively seamless until the end when one of the members of the crew urinated by our pool house prior to leaving then I observed him “rinsing” his hands in the pool. I immediately called him out on it and he looked embarrassed I put the money I was about to hand to them back in my wallet and called the company. When I called the company to let them know what happened the representative Eric just said “sorry about that” and that he was “speechless”. Really?! Not sure of the pool cover itself time will tell as it’s still the middle of summer but the customer service was trash! I would say try another pool cover company I’m sure there are better that are more affordable and with better customer service.
