Laing Properties Ltd is a Canterbury owned and operated building and relocation business which has been trading since 1987. The Laing building company was formed in 2001 to specifically provide new transportable buildings within the Canterbury market; we have raised the standard of building quality transportable homes and cottages. Laing Homes offer a standard range of plans together with offering a specific design service. We have successfully collaborated with registered architects and structural engineers to develop a new generation of transportable homes. Laing Homes quickly became the market leader in Canterbury and have constructed in excess of 300 transportable homes to various south island clients during the past 12 years together with the relocation of over 3000 buildings. In 2013 Laing’s developed a range of onsite built plans to meet the growing need for complete housing solutions in Canterbury. We offer flexible design options with cladding choices to suit most budget requirements and you can choose from our range of standard plans and specifications, or we will specifically design a new onsite built home to meet your requirements. We incorporate proven building methods to ensure your new home meets or exceeds the current building code requirements.
