If you’re looking to build a house, Leading Edge Builders is the way to go. They went above and beyond. Working in the construction industry, we were very skeptical on who we chose to build with. The designers, the selection team, and everyone in between were all great to work with and each helped bring our vision to life! Our superintendent, Ryan, was great throughout the whole construction progress. He is very knowledgeable and attentive! His communication is excellent- we always felt informed of what was happening. He always kept us updated on the progress and the anticipated schedule for our build! We could not have asked for a better superintendent and are very grateful for having him oversee our project! When we purchased our lake front lot near Groveland, Florida both our bank and the realtor suggested Leading Edge Builders in Clermont for our new home. After checking recommendations on line and referrals from a co-worker that had used Leading Edge, we felt confident that they would build our dream home. The process was very thorough with plans, selections, colors, and finishes up front so everyone knew what to expect. This made it possible for the builder to break ground in late September 2020 and complete the home with a Certificate of Occupancy issued mid March 2021. The construction manager was very easy to work with and handled any suggestions or changes we made with a "Certainly! We can do that!" We have been in the home for eight months now and there have been no call backs! They build the home right. The plan, forecast and schedule work to be just in time. And best of all, the whole team is a joy to work with! Our home is the Emma model shown in the pictures.

Leading edge builders and all their employees Have been really difficult to deal with this has been the worst and stressful year because of their lack of communication with The building process. Total disrespect from start to finish. I have dealt with almost everybody in the company and they do not care about their customers. Every subcontractor that worked on our house messed something up and had to come back multiple time . It took them 3 Times to get our marble backsplash right. (Per superintendent) . There wasn’t one trade that was smooth. Worst builder in Florida

Leading Edge completed our home just over a year ago. We love it! They made the whole process so easy, from helping us select a floor plan and modifying it to meet our needs to picking out all of the many pieces that made our house a home. The staff was amazing and was quick to respond when we had questions throughout the building process. Quality work by great people!

I love my house from Leading Edge builders! The staff was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. This was my first time building a home and I would do it all over again! This was an amazing experience!

We are finally in our home and loving it! After the first walk through I was nervous they would not get the punch outs done in time, but they really worked hard to get us in before Thanksgiving and we are so appreciative! We love our modern farmhouse on the hill!
