Staging Visions MCP

I have been an architect for over 35 years, licensed in Florida, LEED Accredited, skilled in project management and overall design vision. Before relocating to Miami three years ago, my career was focused largely on institutional clients. Colleges, universities and healthcare. But the period I enjoyed immensely was the years in private practice in Greenwich, CT. I had the opportunity to work on renovation and expansion projects in some exceptional homes. Also, I served on the board of the Round Hill Community Guild and co-chaired the biennial Greenwich house tour. My responsibilities included finding 5 to 6 distinctive homes in a range of styles, working with the owners through the logistics of the tour and assisting with staging to accommodate traffic flow of 200 visitors. Last but not least was writing intriguing descriptions of each property to attract attendance. The high end residential market in Miami is as varied as it is unique. Home staging for rapid sale at top dollar can give a homeowner a distinctive edge. My experience can be especially beneficial to clients with more complex or technically challenged projects.
