I have used Tom Ward of Blackrock Home Design twice now, in 2014 & in 2014. Both times he did a great job and got it done on time. He will also work with truss engineers, etc. to ensure a perfect project. I will use him again in the future and have recommended him to other Developers/GC's who are using him now.

We were introduced to Blackrock Home Design by my Home Builder. We took them our ideas for the house and Jason produced very precise 2D drawings. Jason was very prompt, detail-oriented, and responsive to our questions. We were very happy with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.

I hired Blackrock Home Design to the home designs for my house. I had originally sent them my preliminary home design and they came up with the detailed plans for it. Tom and Jason are very efficient and have excellent communication. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
