For 40 years we have been setting the standard in the Lehigh Valley for custom homebuilding and we continue to create some of the most unique and spectacular homes throughout the Valley. Many of our projects, both residential and commercial, have won top design awards over the past 29 years through the Lehigh Valley Builders Association. We have won over 30 Industry Awards. Our homes have been featured in numerous publications including Lehigh Valley Style magazine and Morning Call feature stories. We were honored by having one of our luxury homes, Barrington Manor, selected as the featured home by the internationally recognized Dream Builders Show which aired on HGTV Television Network! While maintaining a remarkably modest profile, we have built a portfolio of projects that include many of the area’s finest estate homes. In an industry dominated by subcontractors, we have chosen to maintain an in-house crew of highly skilled carpenters, while working on no more than a few projects at any given time. This business model provides the highest level of control with regards to project quality, scheduling and cost. We are still in the midst of a $200,000 home renovation project; however, Myron deserves to have his "praise sung" along the way:-) When my husband first spoke with Myron on the phone about a possible project (which we never followed through with), he said that IF we ever need a contractor/builder, it would have to be Myron! And then we decided on this renovation to accommodate my mother-in-law comfortably into our home, and we are so very pleased with our decision! Myron makes a potentially stressful experience (5 months of dirt and noise), very tolerable. His sub-contractors are friendly, thoughtful and hardworking! They stay out of our way as much as possible and forewarn and apologize for noise. Myron is "present", checking in and communicating with his sub-contractors constantly! He returns our texts and calls asap, and is ALWAYS willing to patiently discuss and explain. He suggests and advises from 40+ years of experience and "good" taste:-) We appreciate his calm demeanor; he never seems flustered, no matter how flustered we may be. I could continue (i.e.all good things), but suffice to say we are very grateful and highly recommend Myron Haydt!

I am not a person who blogs or posts anything online but after pleasantly finding Mr. Haydt's site on Houzz and enjoying it, I felt compelled give a review of our experience having the work done on our home after reading the negative review that was recently posted. We live in a 38 year old home that we love but it was dated. Both the exterior and interior needing a fresh new look. We interviewed 4 builders before meeting with Myron and after hearing his amazing vision of what our house could be and feeling his enthusiasm we chose him to do the entire project. My wife and I shared our wish list with Myron and 8 months later the house was totally transformed into a home that looked like it was just built and blended so perfectly with our current lifestyle. We actually were able to stay in the home while the work was being done and while a challenge at times, Myron and his crews made it as painless as possible. Over a period of 8 months you cannot help but get to know the workers in your home and I will say that everyone in our home was polite, very professional and very good at their jobs. Nearly every subcontractor at one point shared with us that there was another project going on at the same time as ours a few miles away and how they wished they could stay working our job instead of going back to work at that other job. Out of courtesy I will not go into details except the bottom line from all the workers was that no matter how hard they tried they could not please the client. The subcontractors seemed very loyal to Myron and you don't get that type of loyalty not paying people when they work. We have recommended Myron and his company twice over the past few years to acquaintances who were ready to build and both jobs were given to Myron .

My company and I have been doing Myron's electrical work for 23 years. He is a pleasure to work with and I have always appreciated the clear direction given to us on each job. He makes it easy for us to get into a project and get it completed without unnecessary delays. He is the only contractor who pays invoices within a few days of receipt. I appreciate his business and his friendship.

Myron helped us build our dream a few years ago and out of the four homes we’ve owned it is by far the best built home we have ever lived in! The craftsmanship and attention to detail made the home easy to fall in love with from day one. After five years of living in the home, we had very little to maintain and the quality of the construction continued to be evident. The best part of owning a home built by Myron Haydt was the service he provided to us throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, needed something looked at, or wanted advice, Myron was always available and willing to help. It was a great relationship and we never felt like Myron wouldn’t stand behind his work. Myron Haydt sets the bar high for building a great custom home, and from what I’ve seen the other builders just can’t compete!

We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars for a full home renovation and Haydt's work was subpar and falls apart. Dozens upon dozens of building code violations performed by Haydt resulted in the many parts of the job having to be redone by professionals. We continue to have bad surprises with his shoddy work that looked good on the surface but that continues to fall apart year after year. The most worrisome aspect is that he does not pay his subcontractors. At least five of them came to us with complaints of Haydt owing them hundreds of thousands of dollars. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS. Professional Rip-off artist of the most elite category.

I have been working with Myron Haydt on his Newport Ridge Development in Salisbury Township for quite awhile. It is located right on south mountain. This development has the most beautiful country setting. If you take a drive through the this development, you can see that Myron Haydt focuses on the little details, that is what makes this development so unique. ...Additionally, Myron is a great guy to work with. Newport Ridge is located at 1511 Black River Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015.

Myron was the builder of our home in 1987. He agreed to design and build the expansion and renovation of the home 4 years ago in 2012. We are ecstatic over the design ideas and the quality of the materials and workmanship provided by Myron Haydt.

The builder guaranteed quality construction and exceeded expectations. The workmanship was superb and there were absolutely no flaws in the final product. The house was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. There were also extras thrown in at no additional cost. The builder also offered recommendations to changes in the original design to enhance the visual appeal and functionality.
